3 Key Points:
- You just have to start, you have to start somewhere, and everyone starts somewhere. So just put it out there and see what happens. I just kind of took that mentality that there’s no skin off my back other than a $0.20 Etsy fee if nobody buys it. If you have fear you’re doing something right. Because the big things, and the most exciting things, always have a level of fear to them. So it kind of makes me think that if there’s some fear there then I’m on the right path.
- If you’re waiting for things to be perfect you’re going to be waiting forever. So you might as well start now, get the experience, get some more time under your belt. Things will progress and move forward but you have to start somewhere so you might as well start now.
- If you’re thinking about doing something creative or putting your work out there, just do it. Just start now, make the leap, hold your breath and push post, put it on Instagram, put it on Etsy, go do a market. Not everyone has to start the same way. Just do it, go for it.
